Bharat Bishwakarma people Share Print Bharat has worked for civil society organizations and UN agencies for more than 24 years. He has travelled South Asia and South East Asia extensively, and worked in Nepal and Bangladesh for Canadian Centre for International Studies and Cooperation (CECI) and UNICEF. At Inter Pares, Bharat manages the finances of the organization. He is responsible for long term financial planning, overseeing controls, budgeting, reporting to the staff and board and funders to ensure transparency and accountability. Management of investments is another of his main responsibilities. He plays key role in policies and procedure around human resources. As co-manager, Bharat is also involved in fundraising, programmatic, and institutional decisions.
