30th Anniversary Special Report
IN APPRECIATION
Over the last 30 years, Inter Pares has been supported by the generous donations of thousands of Canadians as well as solidarity funds of Canadian unions, foundations, faith communities, and small businesses across the country. We gratefully acknowledge this support and commit ourselves to continue to honour and earn the trust of so many people and organizations.
Over the years, many Canadians have also generously shared their expertise and provided invaluable moral and political support as volunteer members of Inter Pares' Board of Directors.
In addition, Inter Pares appreciates the support of the Canadian government through the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), and the International Development Research Centre (IDRC). It has been a pleasure to work with many dedicated officials of both CIDA and IDRC who share our conviction that Canada can play a positive and progressive role in the world.
Inter Pares is a participant in a number of important Canadian and international coalitions of voluntary organizations. These coalitions include the Canadian Council for International Cooperation (Ottawa), the Project Counselling Service for Latin America (Lima, Peru), and the Agency for Cooperation and Research in Development (Nairobi, Kenya). It has been an honour to collaborate with members of these coalitions in our collective work for social justice.
And finally, the work of Inter Pares is made possible by the trust and solidarity of colleagues and counterparts around the world who share their knowledge, their courage, and their determination to create a better world. We look forward to many more years of learning and working together.
RESOURCES FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE ACTION
Inter Pares publishes a quarterly Bulletin, available in print or electronic form, to communicate our views and keep our supporters up-to-date with the activities they are supporting. Inter Pares also publishes an Occasional Papers series on topics such as Canada's role in the world and international social justice issues. These papers, of interest to students, academics and social justice workers, are available on request.
All of Inter Pares' publications are available on our Web site, along with features such as photo essays, current events, descriptions of our work, and links to our Canadian and international counterparts.
