Tour: (In)Equality Matters: Social justice and the economy
A global economy that pushes millions of people into poverty and bankrupts countries is not only irrational but fundamentally unjust. What kind of society do we want, and how do we get there?
From November 9-15 2011, Inter Pares co-hosted free public fora in Saskatoon, Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa to explore how to foster economic equality in our communities and around the world.
In each city, residents came out to discuss these important issues and engage each other with thought-provoking questions. If you weren’t able to join us, you can still have a taste! Watch video from the Toronto event now, or listen to Yao Graham’s presentation at the Montreal event.
